11+ Registration Form for September 2027 Entry to Plymouth Girls' Grammar Schools

By filling in this form you are applying for your daughter to sit the two 11+ examinations in September 2026 at either Devonport High School for Girls or Plymouth High School for Girls (you indicate your preference for the venue in the form). This will ensure you are eligible to apply for a place at either DHSG or PHSG, or both for September 2027 entry.

The dates of the two 11+ examinations are Saturday 12 September and Saturday 19 September. You must ensure your daughter is available on both days to sit the tests.

The closing date for filling in this form will be 31 August, 12 noon.
